All mobile service repairs will include each of the below charges. The listed charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be due at the time of service. This is applicable for all mobile service repairs including, but not limited to, standard & warranty repairs.
- Service Charge: $57.00
- PC Hook-up Fee: $75.00
- Fuel Surcharge: $15.00 up to 30 miles. Then, an additional $1.00 per every mile over 30 miles traveled. (Mileage is calculated per trip, based on starting location and on-site repair location.)
- On-site Hourly Rate: $200.00
- Minimum 2-hour Service charge: $400.00 The average time for mobile service repairs will be approximately one to two hours. Please keep in mind, if the mobile service technician finds the repair is too extensive, the customer will be notified and advised to bring their truck into the shop for further diagnosis and repairs. All mobile service calls will be routed through the Reefer Peterbilt New Boston service department at this time.
